Ashwagandha-turmeric milk is a delicious blend of two herbs with a wide range of health benefits. Not only it enhances sleep quality and promotes immunity but also help in alleviating body aches. Ashwagandha–turmeric milk is the ideal drink, especially during seasonal transition, because of all of these fantastic characteristics.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Cup Cow’s Milk (240 ml)
• 1/2 Tablespoon Ashwagandha Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder, Organic
METHOD:
• Add all the 3 ingredients & mix well in a pan.
• Boil the milk mixture for 4-5 minutes over a low flame.
• Transfer to a glass and drink warm
When to drink?
Drink it at night at least 2 hours after your dinner & half an hour before goin to bed.
Though it is safe for all doshas, but if you feel any kind of discomfort stop it immediately.
- Pitta People can reduce the qty of turmeric to 1/4 tsp
- Vata People can add 1/2 tsp of honey to it.
