It’s the time for the healthiest twist to all-time favorite Bhel Puri. Just replace rice puffs with millet puffs & add Sprouted mung beans & black gram to make it highly nutritious and protein rich. Enjoy this easy to make, flameless option as your evening snack as well as party snacks.
Ingredients:
1. Roasted Bajra Puffs – ½ cup
2. Whole Green Mung beans – ½ cup, washed, soaked and sprouted
3. Black Gram(Boiled) – ¼ cup (optional)
4. Onions – 1/4 medium, chopped fine
5. Tomatoes – 1 medium, chopped fine
6. Cucumber – 1, chopped fine
7. Coriander – 10 sprigs, chopped fine
8. Green Chillies – to taste, chopped fine
9. Lemon or Lime Juice – 2 tbsp or to taste
10. Cilantro or Mint Chutney – to taste
11. Tamarind Chutney – to taste
12. Black Salt – to taste
13. Chaat Masala – to taste
Method:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients except Bajra Puffs.
2. Mix lemon Juice, Mint chutney & Tamarind chutney
3. Add Bajra Puffs & mix well
4. Garnish with Coriander Leaves & serve.
