Ingredients: 

  1. Raw bananas (boiled) – 2 medium
  2. Beetroot (Grated & dry) – ¼ cup
  3. Roasted Peanut flour – 1/4 cup
  4. Ginger, green chillies & salt – to taste

Method:

  • To make in an air-fryer: Preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 200ºC. Air Fry the cutlets 15-20 minutes at 200ºC.
  • To make in an OTG: Preheat the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. Bake the cutlets at 180ºC degrees for 20-25 minutes.
