Ingredients:
1. Bananas – 2 medium-sized (Riped)
2. Vegetable oil -1/4 cup
3. Vanilla essence – 2-3 drops
4. Bajra flour/Pearl millet – 1 cup
5. Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
6. Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
7. Mixed nuts – 1/4 cup
8. Seeds – for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel & Mash 2 well Riped bananas
2. Add Vegetable oil or coconut oil
3. Add Bajra Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, salt to the slurry.
4. Mix wet & dry ingredients by using cut & fold method.
5. Add chopped nuts & mix well.
6. Add milk to have the pourable consistency.
7. Pour the batter & garnish with seeds.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20-25 minutes
9. Demould & cut it into pieces.
