Ingredients:

  • Onions, dehydrated flakes = 50 grams
  • Ginger root, raw = 10 grams
  • Peppers, hot chilli, green, raw = 10 grams
  • Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw = 10 grams
  • Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted, with salt = 10 grams
  • Chicken = 150 grams
  • Butter, Clarified butter (ghee) = 45 grams

Method:

  1. Grate 250g of white onions, squeeze every last bit of water from it, mix this in with 150g of Minced chicken, add ground pepper, grated ginger, finely chopped green chilly, Salt, finely chopped coriander and some ground peanuts.
  2. Knead this into a sticky ball and then make small golf ball-sized balls.
  3. In a pan heat ghee and slowly deep fry them to golden brownness.
  4. Enjoy this with a dip of Hung Curd mixed in with Coriander and Green chilly Chutney.
