Ingredients
1/2 cup grated broccoli (squeeze out all water)
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 egg
1 tsp curd
1-2 slice of cheese
( add some chilli flakes / seasoning & Salt as per taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together. Spread on oiled pan & make 2 small pancakes
- After they get cooked well on both the sides.
- Add some cheese slice on one & cover it with another.
- Put some veggies also if u wish to & brush with some oil or butter and cook this for another 5-6 mins.
- Enjoy ur sandwich
