Ingredients:

  1. Capsicum – 1 large
  2. Paneer – 100 gms
  3. Cheese Slices – 2
  4. Oregano – to taste
  5. Ghee – 1 tsp
  6. Salt & Black pepper to taste

 

Method:

  • Slice the capsicum in 3 slices & remove excess seeds
  • Blanch them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes
  • Take out capsicum slices & remove the excess water
  • Mix all other ingredients to make the mixture
  • Fill the capsicum slices with this mixture & grill them covered, in a pan
  • use ghee to roast
