INGREDIENTS

● 2 tsp  – chia seeds

● 1 cup  – buttermilk (Thin consistency)

● 10-12 fresh – mint leaves

● Salt to taste

● 1 tsp – Roasted Cumin Powder

● Fresh coriander leaves – for garnishing

METHOD:
1. Soak chia seeds in water for at least 15-20 minutes.
2. In a blender churn chia seeds, buttermilk, mint, salt, cumin powder and pepper. Blend to get a smooth & creamy liquid.
3. Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
