Ingredients:
- Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Rolled Oats – 2 tbsp
- Fruits – 1/2 med sized apple/ 1/4 cup sliced mangoes/1/2 cup strawberry (Diabetic people may use either Oats or Fruits)
- Almond Milk/Dairy Milk – 2/3 cup
- Almond Flour/Powder – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Soaked Pistachios/walnuts – 4-5 pieces
- Chopped Soaked Almonds – 10 pieces
- Coconut powder or fresh – 2 tbsp (Optional)
- Cinnamon powder – to taste
Method:
- Soak chia seeds in water & keep them overnight in refrigerator
- Soak Oats for 10-15 minutes before use
- Mix chia seeds in milk & add other ingredients.
- Mix well
- Add only sugar free sweetener (optional)
