Ingredients:
- Chicken breast -100 gms
- Salt – To taste
- Eggs – 2 med
- Spices, chili powder = 3 grams
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
- Oil – as required
Method:
- Take small tender pieces of boneless chicken & add ginger garlic paste, Chilly powder and Salt.
- Add beaten egg for the coating to stick.
- Marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes minimum.
- Heat oil in a pan. gently on a high flame.
- Heat oil, and put the pieces.
- Turn in every 2 mins. and toss
- Serve them hot.
