Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast -100 gms
  • Salt – To taste
  • Eggs – 2 med
  • Spices, chili powder = 3 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
  • Oil – as required

Method:

  1. Take small tender pieces of boneless chicken & add ginger garlic paste, Chilly powder and Salt.
  2. Add beaten egg for the coating to stick.
  3. Marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes minimum.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. gently on a high flame.
  5. Heat oil, and put the pieces.
  6. Turn in every 2 mins. and toss
  7. Serve them hot.
