Ingredients
- 1. Chicken, 100gms
- 2. Red/Yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced) – 1 med
- 3. Onion (thinly sliced)- 1 med
- 4. Cabbage – 1 cup
- 5. Olive oil, 1 Tsp
- 6. Black pepper, 1/2 Tsp
- 7. Salt to taste
- 8. Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 9. Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Peri peri sauce- Grind all these to make sauce
- 1 onion
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 1tsp Oregano
- 2 Fresh red chillies/ 2-3 dried red chillies – boiled
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar/ lemon juice
- Salt
Method:
- 1. Cut chicken pieces & Marinate them using ginger – garlic paste, black pepper, red chili flakes, and 1/4 tsp sea salt for 30 minutes
- 2. Shallow fry chicken in a pan or grill for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.
- 3. Sauté veggies with salt & mix everything.
- 4. Add Peri-Peri sauce, Mix & garnish with coriander
