Ingredients

  • 1. Chicken, 100gms
  • 2. Red/Yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced) – 1 med
  • 3. Onion (thinly sliced)- 1 med
  • 4. Cabbage – 1 cup
  • 5. Olive oil, 1 Tsp
  • 6. Black pepper, 1/2 Tsp
  • 7. Salt to taste
  • 8. Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 9. Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Peri peri sauce- Grind all these to make sauce

  • 1 onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • 1tsp Oregano
  • 2 Fresh red chillies/ 2-3 dried red chillies – boiled
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar/ lemon juice
  • Salt

Method:

  • 1. Cut chicken pieces & Marinate them using ginger – garlic paste, black pepper, red chili flakes, and 1/4 tsp sea salt for 30 minutes
  • 2. Shallow fry chicken in a pan or grill for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.
  • 3. Sauté veggies with salt & mix everything.
  • 4. Add Peri-Peri sauce, Mix & garnish with coriander
