Ingredients:

● Finely Chopped Boneless chicken breast – 100 gms
● Mushrooms -1⁄2 cup(Diced)
● Almond flour -1 tbsp
● Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
● Chicken broth – 1⁄2 cup(chicken broth is the water in which you have boiled your chicken)
● Malai or cream – 2 tbsp
● Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
● Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
● Fresh coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon
● salt-As per taste

Method:
1. Boil chicken pieces along with little salt and pepper in water and cook it at low to medium flame until it gets cooked.
2. Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add garlic paste, mushrooms to it and sauté it for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked.
3. Now add cooked chicken, fresh coriander leaves, cream, bring this mixture to boil. Once it gets boiled, add almond flour & more water. Cook it for another 10 minutes at low flame till this mixture get little thickened.
4. Serve Hot.
