Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken – 300 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste  – 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Yoghurt- 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – as needed.
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoon.
  • Chicken seasoning – 2 tablespoon
  • Crushed Cornflakes – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken, gg paste, chilly powder, yoghurt & salt and keep aside for 15 min.
  2. In a bowl mix flour, salt & seasoning
  3. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and then into crushed cornflakes..
  4. Deep fry in ghee until crisp.
