Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken – 300 gms
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Chilly powder – 1 tablespoon
- Yoghurt- 1 tablespoon
- Salt – as needed.
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoon.
- Chicken seasoning – 2 tablespoon
- Crushed Cornflakes – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken, gg paste, chilly powder, yoghurt & salt and keep aside for 15 min.
- In a bowl mix flour, salt & seasoning
- Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and then into crushed cornflakes..
- Deep fry in ghee until crisp.
