Ingredients:

  1. Chocos -1 cup
  2. Dates seedless- 1/2 cup
  3. Hung curd – 1/2 cup
  4. Fruits (small pieces) – your choice
  5. Nuts – your choice
  6. Sugar – optional

Process:

  1. Grind Chocos to make powder.
  2. Make a paste of seedless dates. (Soaked in milk/water for 1-2 hours)
  3. Knead dates and Chocos into a dough. It should not be very soft.
  4. Roll into balls and then use any small bowl (katoris) to make the cups.
  5. Refrigerate the cups for 1 hour.
  6. Mix fruits into hung curd and fill in the cups.
  7. Garnish with fruits and nuts.
