Ingredients: 2 pieces in one serving

  • Shredded coconut – 1/2 cup Fresh
  • Almonds – 20
  • Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – taste
  • Xanthum Gum (1/2 tsp)

 

Method:

1. Soak the almonds for 10 mins in hot water.
2. In a grinder add almond, coconut and chia seed and grind them by using water.
3. Batter should be of thick consistency.
4. Heat a tawa on medium flame and spread some ghee
5. Spread the batter on the pan & cook well
6. Cook the uthappam on both sides.
7. Serve with sauteed veggies & green chutney.
