Ingredients:

  1. Grated Coconut(Fresh) – 2 tbsp
  2. Roasted Chana – 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped Amla – 3 (No.)
  4. Asafetida – ¼ tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Ghee/Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  7. Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  8. Dry red chilies – 2 to 3 (optional)
  9. Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  10. Grated Ginger – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, , red chilli and ginger.
  • Add chopped, de-seeded amla , curry leaves and fry for a minute on a high heat, till they become tender.
  • Now add grated coconut, salt & roasted chana.
  • Switch off the flame and mix well.
  • Cool and transfer to a blender & grind to a coarse pasted.
