Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized eggs
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup chopped onion, carrot & capsicum
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
- 1 green chilli
- chopped coriander leaves
- sesame seeds powder – 1 tbsp
- Almond Powder – 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
Method:
- Finely chop the veggies.
- Whisk the egg well with add the chilli flakes and chopped veggies to the whisked egg mixture.
- Add salt, grated cheese, and sesame seed powder & almond powder to the egg mixture.
- Heat the appam pan, add some ghee, and pour the mixture.
- Cook on both the sides unless they are done.
- You can also layer it with simple egg to get extra eggy layer.
