A treat to eyes & taste buds of all mango lovers, these mango jelly cups are not only easy to make but are delish also. Readymade jellies that are available are full of artificial colors and preservatives. This jelly is truly mango based sweet dessert having the creamy and yummy flavor.
Ingredients:
1. Mango Puree – ½ cup
2. Jaggery powder or sugar – according to taste
3. Water – 1 cup
4. Agar Agar / China Grass – 1.5 tsp
Method:
1. Take 1/2 cup mango puree.
2. Pour in the sauce pan on medium heat.
3. Add Jaggery/sugar according to the taste.
4. Add 1 cup water
5. Add agar powder agar/china grass & mix rigorously so that no lumps are formed. (For mixing agar agar, mix it with 1 tbsp water & pour into the puree)
6. Strain & put into moulds.
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh fruits – watermelon & mangoes
