This Tea will help reduce or neutralize the accumulated Kapha in the body. Ideal for VATA & KAPHA Types, PITTA can drink in moderation.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tbsp fresh, grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  2. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  3. 1/4 tsp black pepper (2-3 kernels)
  4. Sugar Free sweetener (optional)
  5. 1.5 cup Water

Method:

  • Place the ginger, cinnamon and black pepper into a pan and cover with 1.5 cup of water.
  • Bring everything to a simmer and allow the ingredients to infuse whilst simmering for around 10 minutes
  • Strain the liquid into a cup and add Sugar free to sweeten.
