Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup boiled green peas
- 1/4 cup blanched Spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ Cup finely chopped onion
- 1 small boiled potato
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander
- 1 Cup1 vegetable stock or water
- ¼ Cup coconut milk/Fresh cream
- Salt and black pepper – to taste
Method:
- Take oil in pan, add onions & saute
- Add gg paste & saute
- Grind boiled peas, spinach & potato in a grinder & puree them.
- Now add this puree to pan.
- Add salt & other spices
- Add water & bring to boil.
- Cook at low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk or fresh cream & garnish with coriander leaves
