Ingredients:
- Whole cumin seeds – ½ tsp.
- Whole coriander seeds (digestion, flatulence, coolness) – ½ tsp.
- Whole fennel seeds (best for digestion, flatulence) – ½ tsp.
- Fenugreek seeds (detox, digestion, flatulence) – ½ tsp.
- Fresh ginger root – 1 inch
- Water – 4-5 Cups
Method:
- Boil water in the morning.
- Add seeds and ginger to the water, and let steep for at least 10 minutes, with a lid.
- Strain out the seeds and pour the liquid into a thermos.
- Sip the liquid warm or hot throughout the day, and start with a new batch of tea each morning.
