Vata tea is a delicious blend of spices that is beneficial to people with the Vata body type. It aids in the improvement of digestion and the resolution of digestive problems. This tea is best for people who have a Vata body type or who have a Vata imbalance (constipation, gas, bloating).
INGREDIENTS
- Water – 3 cups
- Star anise -1 small
- Bay leaf – 1
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- Organic Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
METHOD:
- In a saucepan, add 4 cups of water, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaf.
- Then boil it over medium heat until it reduces to 1 cup. It may take around 5 to 10 minutes.
- Lastly, when one cup is left, strain the tea and add honey to it. Mix it well, and it’s ready to drink.
