Though they are tiny Chia seeds are loaded with essential nutrients like iron, calcium, thiamine, manganese, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, and several minerals and vitamins. Ingredients:

1. Soaked figs – 1 cup

2. Soaked dates – 1/2 cup

3. Almond powder – 1 cup

4. Chia seeds – 1/4 cup

5. Black pepper – 1 tbsp

6. Cashews, walnut, and pistachios for filling

Method:

1. Make the paste of Figs & Dates.

2. Cook the paste on low flame to dehydrate it completely.

3. Dry roast Almonds & chia seeds together.

4. Let it cool down.

5. Grind them into a fine powder

6. Add Black pepper powder & coconut powder & mix well

7. Make coarse powder of cashews & pistachios.

8. Mix Figs-dates paste with Almond-chia seeds powder & shape into laddoos & stuff them with cashews, walnuts & pistachios powder & seal them.
