Rich with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to fortify your immune system

Ingredients

  1.  Cinnamon powdered – 1/2 inch thin stick
  2.  Ginger – crushed – 1 tbsp
  3.  Tulsi (Holy Basil) –  4-5 Leaves
  4.  Black pepper – 5 kernels (crushed)
  5.  Munnakka – 5 pieces
  6.  Water – 4 glasses

Method:

  • Take 4 glasses of water in a pan and add the above ingredients, bring it to boil and continue till water changes the colour (which is usually when the volume reduces to 3 glasses),
  • Strain & Serve Hot
