Ingredients:

  1. Oats Bran (gluten free) – ½ cup
  2. Carrot (finely chopped) – 1 medium
  3. Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1 small
  4. Broccoli Florets (Chopped) – 6-7
  5. Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium
  6. Ground Flax seeds  – 2 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste – 2-3 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
  9. Green chillies (finely chopped) – 2
  10. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  11. Salt – according to taste
  12. Black Pepper Powder – according to taste

Method:

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables (Use Food Processor)
  2. Make Flax Egg by mixing flax seeds with 1 tbsp water
  3. Dry roast 1/4cup of oat bran until golden.
  4. Add roasted oat bran to the chopped vegetables and flax egg; knead it to a stiff dough using water(if required).
  5. If the dough is loose add more roasted oat bran. Cover and keep it aside for 15minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
  7. Preheat airfryer to 200C for 10 minutes.
  8. Grease the tray with a tsp of oil and arrange the cutlets.
  9. Drizzle some oil on top of the cutlets and Airfry for 10minutes.
  10. Flip the cutlets and air fry for another 10minutes.
  11. Serve hot along with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
