Ingredients:
- Oats Bran (gluten free) – ½ cup
- Carrot (finely chopped) – 1 medium
- Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1 small
- Broccoli Florets (Chopped) – 6-7
- Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium
- Ground Flax seeds – 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2-3 tsp
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
- Green chillies (finely chopped) – 2
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – according to taste
- Black Pepper Powder – according to taste

Method:
- Finely chop all the vegetables (Use Food Processor)
- Make Flax Egg by mixing flax seeds with 1 tbsp water
- Dry roast 1/4cup of oat bran until golden.
- Add roasted oat bran to the chopped vegetables and flax egg; knead it to a stiff dough using water(if required).
- If the dough is loose add more roasted oat bran. Cover and keep it aside for 15minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
- Preheat airfryer to 200C for 10 minutes.
- Grease the tray with a tsp of oil and arrange the cutlets.
- Drizzle some oil on top of the cutlets and Airfry for 10minutes.
- Flip the cutlets and air fry for another 10minutes.
- Serve hot along with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
