Ingredients:
- Paneer – 100 gms
- Almond Flour/Coconut flour – 1 tbsp
- Psyllium Husk – 1 tbsp
- Grated Carrot – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients & use water to knead the dough.
- Keep covered for 12-15 minutes
- Roll into roti preferably on a butter paper.
- Cook it on the heated tawa.
- Apply ghee & flip
- Enjoy with Sabji or butter or curd
