Ingredients:

  1. Paneer – 100 gms
  2. Almond Flour/Coconut flour – 1 tbsp
  3. Psyllium Husk – 1 tbsp
  4. Grated Carrot – 1/4 cup
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Mix all the above ingredients & use water to knead the dough.
  • Keep covered for 12-15 minutes
  • Roll into roti preferably on a butter paper.
  • Cook it on the heated tawa.
  • Apply ghee & flip
  • Enjoy with Sabji or butter or curd
