Ingredients: (5-6 pieces)
- Paneer – 150gm
- Curd – 2-3 tbsp
- Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
- Ghee -1/4 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl and add paneer to it.
- Then add the curd, cumin powder & salt & Mix it properly.
- Put the mix into a mixture grinder and churn it.
- Take an idli mould and grease it with ghee
- Pour the batter to the idli mould & cook
- Steam it for 8 to 10 min.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
