Ingredients: (5-6 pieces)

  • Paneer – 150gm
  • Curd – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Ghee -1/4 tsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl and add paneer to it.
  • Then add the curd, cumin powder & salt & Mix it properly.
  • Put the mix into a mixture grinder and churn it.
  • Take an idli mould and grease it with ghee
  • Pour the batter to the idli mould & cook
  • Steam it for 8 to 10 min.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.
