Ingredients:

  • 100-150 gms chicken
  • 1/4 cup full fat hung curd
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • salt for taste
  • 2 tsp – black pepper powder

Method: 

1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and pat it dry.
2. Marinade chicken with olive, curd, half black pepper, salt and red chili powder.
3. Let it rest in the fridge for four to five hours.
4. Heat the butter in a thick bottomed pan.
5. Drop the chicken in the butter and start cooking on low heat.
6. After 4-5 minutes, cover the chicken and let it be for 10-12 minutes on low heat. Keep stirring at regular intervals.
7. Once the chicken has an even golden color, it is ready.
8. Serve it hot.
