Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups full cream milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- Salt a pinch
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
- Boil the quinoa in water over high heat and let simmer for a few minutes till cooked.
- Blend the bananas and milk.
- Pour the mixture into the simmering quinoa.
- Cook till the mix thickens.
- Take off from heat, add butter, vanilla, honey, and salt.
- Add nuts & serve
