Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups full cream milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Boil the quinoa in water over high heat and let simmer for a few minutes till cooked.
  2. Blend the bananas and milk.
  3. Pour the mixture into the simmering quinoa.
  4. Cook till the mix thickens.
  5. Take off from heat, add butter, vanilla, honey, and salt.
  6. Add nuts & serve
