Ingredients:

Quinoa – 50 gms
Red lentils – 50 gms
Water – 1/2 cup
1 chili (optional)
1 garlic clove (optional)
Salt to taste

Method::

Soak both quinoa and red lentils for a couple of hours.
Rinse and drain both, and add to a food processor with water and the other ingredients.
Blend at high speed until you get a creamy consistency.
Let it rest for a few minutes, then transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
