Ingredients:

  1. Rolled Oats – 2 tbsp
  2. Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  3. Curd – 1 cup (200-250 gms)
  4. Onion – 1 small
  5. Carrot grated – 1/2 cup
  6. Cucumber chopped – 1
  7. Ginger – 1/2 inch
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Coriander Leaves – for garnishing

For Tadka:

  1. Ghee – 1 tbsp
  2. Peanuts – 2 tbsp
  3. Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Urad Dal- 1 tsp
  5. Curry Leaves

Method: 

  • Soak Oats & Chia Seeds in curd & add salt. keep them in refrigerator overnight.
  • Add all the veggies next day to it when you are going to eat.
  • Temper it with tadka
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
