Ingredients:
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp whole flaxseed
- 2 tbsp watermelon seed kernel
- 1.5 tsp ghee, salt for taste
Method:
1. Heat a pan on low flame and dry roast the flaxseeds, melon seeds, and pumpkin seeds for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the chia seeds.
2. Allow the roasted seeds to cool for 2 minutes and grind into a fine powder.
3. Add salt and water to the seed mix to get batter like consistency
4. Heat nonstick tawa on low flame. Ladle out half the batter and spread it over the tawa. Sprinkle ghee on the dosa batter. Cover the tawa with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
5. flip the side & cook.
6. Serve warm with veggies & chutney
