This bed time drink is known for its mild sedative qualities. So if you have disturbed night & sleep; try this one to get over all your anxieties & stressful nights. Don’t make it a habit though.

Ingredients:

  1. Skimmed Cow Milk – 1 Cup
  2. Poppy Seeds (Khus-khus) – 3/4 tsp
  3. Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
  4. Nutmeg – a pinch
  5. Organic Honey – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Method:

1. Take milk in a sauce pan.

2.  Add ground poppy seeds to it & boil for 10-15 minutes.

3. Add honey, ground cardamom and nutmeg, and serve hot.
