Ingredients:

  • Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Watermelon seed powder – 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper – 0.5 tsp
  • Fennel seeds – 0.5 tsp
  • Water – 0.25 cup
  • Ajwain – 0.25 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

1. In a pan, dry toast all the seeds separately. Grind into a coarse powder.
2. Dry roast pepper corns, fennel seeds, and ajwain. Grind into a fine powder.
3. In a bowl, add the ground seed powder, ground spice powder, and salt. Mix well with water. Cover and let it rest for 20 mins.
4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough on it in a thin layer.
5. Preheat the oven for 15 minute at 180 degree. Bake the crackers for 15 minutes. Slice the crackers and bake for another 15 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
