Ingredients:
- Banana – 1 Large (Ripe)
- Olive Oil /Vegetable Oil – 1/4 cup
- Brown Sugar/Jaggery Powder – 1/3 cup
- Sorghum Flour – 1 cup
- Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
- Almond Milk – 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped walnuts – 1/3 cup

Method:
- Take a riped banana, peel it & mash it well.
- Add 1/4 cup olive oil to it & mix well.
- Now add ¼ cup brown sugar & mix everything really well to get a smooth mixture.
- Now add Sorghum Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Cocoa Powder & mix well.
- Also add Chopped walnuts.
- Add milk to have a smooth & dropping consistency in batter
- Pour the batter in Muffin mould & bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius (preheated at 180 degree for 10 minutes).
- Sprinkle with little bit of brown sugar & enjoy warm

yes definitely, but increase the quantity of bananas to 2 since it might get crumbly & fall apart in a bigger size such as cake.
