Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms – 1 cup
  • Soya chunks (uncooked) – 2/3 cup or 30 gms
  • Ghee  – 1 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Onions chopped – 1 small
  • Tomatoes chopped – 1 med
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger chopped -1 teaspoon
  • Garlic chopped – 1 teaspoon
  • Hung Curd – 50 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oregano (optional)
  • Cheese (optional)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spices, ginger garlic & onion
  2. Add tomatoes gravy & saute for 1-2minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and continue to saute for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Soaked & squeezed Soya Chunks (Soak soya chunks in warm water for 30 minutes & Squeeze)
  4. Add dahi and mix. Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala powder and mix.
  5. Add Oregano & grated cheese (optional)
