Ingredients
- Button mushrooms – 1 cup
- Soya chunks (uncooked) – 2/3 cup or 30 gms
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf – 1
- Onions chopped – 1 small
- Tomatoes chopped – 1 med
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger chopped -1 teaspoon
- Garlic chopped – 1 teaspoon
- Hung Curd – 50 gm
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Oregano (optional)
- Cheese (optional)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spices, ginger garlic & onion
- Add tomatoes gravy & saute for 1-2minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and continue to saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add Soaked & squeezed Soya Chunks (Soak soya chunks in warm water for 30 minutes & Squeeze)
- Add dahi and mix. Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala powder and mix.
- Add Oregano & grated cheese (optional)
