RDA for Protein for a healthy Indian Adult is 0.8 to 1.00 gm per kg of body weight.
Ingredients: Serving Size 2
- 1/4 cup soyabeans, soaked in warm water for 2-3 hours or overnight
- 1/4 green chillies, finely chopped
- a big piece of ginger (adrak), grated
- garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Roasted besan
- a handful of mixed coriander (dhania) leaves and mint leaves (phudina)
- salt to taste
- ghee or oil
Recipe:
- Drain out the water completely from soya beans.
- Boil soya beans for 4-5 whistles & grind.
- Add roasted besan & Mix all the ingredients & well and shape into round cutlets.
- Brush with oil & roast on iron tava
- Serve hot with green chutney.
