According to Ayurveda, a warm drink after lunch helps in digestion & kindles digestion as well. Its Kapha balancing properties are not only good for weight loss but it is also ideal for winters.

Ingredients: 

  1. Water – 1 cup
  2. Plain yogurt – 1/4 cup
  3. Ground cardamom – 1/4 tsp
  4. Ground Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
  5.  Fresh, grated ginger  – 1/4 tsp
  • No salt has to be used.
Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Drink 1 cup (250 ml) 10 – 15 minutes after meal.
