Ingredients: (1 serving )
- Sunflower Seeds – 1/4 cup
- Chia Seeds – 1/2 tbsp
- Watermelon Seeds – 2 tbsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli, chopped onion, Curry leaves, salt – to taste
Method:
- Grind sunflower seeds, melon seeds and chia seeds into fine powder.
- Mix the ground powder, curd, baking soda, 1 tbsp water and salt.
- Add the chopped green chilli, onion, curry leaves and mix well to form dosa batter consistency.
- Let the batter rest for 10 mins
- Heat tawa, apply some oil and pour the batter.
- Cover and cook on both sides in low flame.
- Serve warm with coconut chutney
