Ingredients:
- Sweet Potato (Shakarkandi) – 2 med sized
- Grated Blanched Lauki – 1/2 cup
- Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Amaranth Flour – 2 tbsp
- Green Chilli
- Chaat masala, Cumin powder, Chilli powder. Garam masala, Dried Mango Powder – According to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander leaves – to taste
- Ghee – for shallow frying/Roasting
Method:
- Rinse the sweet potatoes thoroughly & pressure cook with enough water and salt till they become soft.
- Drain the water, let them cool and peel.

With a potato masher, mash the sweet potatoes well.
- Squeeze out all the water from the lauki

Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.

Shape into medium sized cutlet, tikkis or patties.

Pan fry the patties with oil till both the sides are well browned.

Garnish with some coriander leaves.

Serve Sweet Potato Cutlet with a chutney.
