Ingredients:
1. Oats – 1/2 cup
2. Almond Meal – 1/2 cup
3. Almond Butter – 1/4 cup
4. Flax Egg – 1 tbsp ( 1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 1 .5 tbsp water)
5. Chia Seeds – 2 tbsp
6. Pistachios – 1 tsp
7. Melon Seeds – 1 tsp
8. Dried Cranberries – 1 tbsp
9. water – 1-2 tbsp

Method:
1. Make Flax egg by mixing 1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 1 .5 tbsp water & leaves for 10 minutes
2. In a bowl, take Almond butter & Flax Egg & mix well with an electric beater or hands.
3. Add Oats, to the butter & flax egg mixture.
5. Now add Almond meal & chia seeds & other pistachios, cranberries & melon seeds.
6. Mix everything together into the dough by using water.
7. Shape into cookies & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
9. Take out from the oven, let it cool down & store in an airtight container.
