Unlike the whipped cream or condensed milk, sugar etc. that goes into making of mousse, this has been made with Tofu n Mangoes. This is a diabetic friendly recipe & for weight watchers as well. Ingredients:

1. Homemade Tofu – 2/3 cup

2. Mango Puree (soft & ripe mango) – 1 cup

3. Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

4. Sugar (optional)*

5. Sliced pistachios – 4-5 kernels

Method:

1. Just blend mango puree with homemade Tofu.

2. Blend cardamom powder also with the puree.

3. Pour in shot glasses & let it chill in the refrigerator for a while.

4. Garnish it with chopped pistachios.

  • · You don’t even need sugar or sweetener if using a ripe mango.
