- Watermelon Chopped ½ cup

- Tofu 30 gms
- Grated Cheese 2 tbsp
- For dressing –
Extra virgin Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to Taste
Oregano – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
