Ingredients:

  1. Coriander Seeds – 50 gm
  2. Dried Ginger – 50 gm
  3. Licorice – 50 gm
  4. Fennel – 50 gm
  5. Cardamom Seeds – 25 gm
  6. Big Cardamom Seeds – 25 gm
  7. Dried Basil Leaves – 25 gm
  8. Long Pepper – 25 gm
  9. Black Pepper – 25 gm
  10. Clove – 25 gm
  11. Cinnamon –  25 gm

Method:

  • Grind all the ingredients to make fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight jar.
  • For using – add 1/2 tsp in half liter (2.5 cups) of water. Boil the water with lid for 3-4 minutes & then without lid for 3 minutes.
  • Serve Hot.
