Ayurveda believes that all disease begins in the digestive system, we can prevent this and reverse many ailments. We can convert incoming food to useable substance if our digestion is powerful. If our digestion is weak, this same incoming food remains undigested and becomes Ama (Toxins),
Fennel is one of the most effective herbs for digestion, as it strengthens Agni, relieves cramps, and eliminates gas.
Cumin has a tendency to pull energy downward. This is beneficial since it aids in the expulsion of gas. It’s especially beneficial if you have sluggish digestion. It aids with nutrient absorption. It’s also an excellent antidote to acidic foods like tomatoes and citrus fruits.
Coriander improves digestion, absorption, and bloating relief. It enkindles Agni, like the other two spices, without worsening acidity (Pitta). Even if there is inflammation in the digestive system, it can be taken safely.
Because all three spices are cooling in nature, they are suitable for all three doshic types: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Just be little moderate with Coriander & Cumin for Pitta
